There is free software on the web such as word to pdf file converter which will allow you to design your own customized notepaper, complete with your name, date, the project name and more. You can then download and print the notepaper (not too much of it – remember the trees!), and take it along to your next meeting. Imagine how envious your colleagues will be when they see it!
